Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment please contact our friendly reception team on 01494 932700. Our cancellation policy requires us to receive 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule in order to protect the clinician’s clinical time. If sufficient notice is not given then a fee may be applicable for any missed appointments or late cancellations equivalent to the treatment cost for that booking.

Complaints

Here at Define Dental Clinic we take complaints very seriously and if you are not satisfied with our service in the first instance please contact our Clinic Manager, by calling 01494 932700, or email info@defineclinic.com. You can also send your concerns in writing to the manager at Define Dental Clinic, 24 London End, Beaconsfield, HP9 2JH.

We aim to respond to all complaints within seven working days. If you are not happy with the response you receive, we will involve one of the senior partners, if you are still unhappy after their response, you can contact the dental complaints service below:
