If you are unable to keep your appointment please contact our friendly reception team on 01494 932700. Our cancellation policy requires us to receive 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule in order to protect the clinician’s clinical time. If sufficient notice is not given then a fee may be applicable for any missed appointments or late cancellations equivalent to the treatment cost for that booking.
